❓ Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
We currently deliver to France outside DOM-TOM, in Europe and in Switzerland.
Average delivery times are 2 to 5 business days for France and a little longer for international orders. Delivery costs are indicated at the time of ordering.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number . You can track your package at any time.


❓ What should I do if I want to return a product?
You have 60 days to return an unused product to us .

We put our heart and soul into packaging, but unforeseen circumstances can occur. Send us a photo of the package upon arrival to contact@perlecocon.com and we'll arrange for a resend or refund.
