📦 2. Ordering, Delivery & Returns

❓ Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
We currently deliver to France outside of French overseas departments and territories, in Europe and Switzerland.
Average delivery times are 2 to 5 business days for France and slightly longer for international orders. Delivery costs are shown during checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number . You can track your package at any time.

❓ What should I do if I want to return a product?
You have 60 days to return an unused product to us .
